Returns
- Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Certain items, such as custom orders or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once returned goods are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
